quality
Quality is descriptive of organic composition of substance, expressed in definite quantitative units, and definitive of character, nature and degree of excellence of an article. Dean Rubber Mfg. Co. v. U. S., C.A.Mo., 356 F.2d 161, 163.
In respect to persons, this term denotes comparative rank; state or condition in relation to others; social or civil position or class. In pleading, it means an attribute or characteristic by which one thing is distinguished from another. Adoptiveness, suitableness, fitness; grade; condition. Within food adulteration statute means character or nature, as belonging to or distinguishing a thing, or character with respect to excellence, fineness, etc., or grade of excellence. People v.
